Who we are

Cam's Cards is run by Cams Cards Breaks LLC, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Questions about an order, a break or anything on this page: email Camscards12@gmail.com or ask us in the Discord.

Terms of service

By buying a spot in a break, entering a giveaway or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy a spot. We ship to addresses in the United States.

What you are buying

A team break is a spot in a live box opening. You buy a team (or a college or conference spot), we open the boxes live on YouTube, and every card for your team that comes out of those boxes is yours. Cards go to the team shown on the card. College and conference spots get cards of players who are in college now; drafted players go to their pro team.

Packs are random. Our break sheet shows what can come out of that night's boxes, ranked by the real checklists. It is not a promise of what will come out, and no team is guaranteed any card.

The live stream is the record

Every box is opened on camera and the stream is saved on YouTube. If a card is sorted to the wrong team on stream, we fix it once we catch it, using the replay. If a break can't fill, it moves to the next break night and we tell you in Discord.

Paying

eBay auctions are bought and paid for on eBay, under eBay's terms. Discord breaks bought on this site are paid through PayPal checkout (PayPal balance or a card). Teams you are checking out with are held for you for 10 minutes. If the hold runs out before you pay, the team goes back on the board. We never see or store your card or bank details; PayPal handles them.

PSA grading service

Cards you send for grading go to PSA in our group submission at the price on our PSA grading page. Grading is paid up front through PayPal: when you send your packing slip, or when you tell us to send a card from your break. Grades are decided by PSA, not by us, and turnaround depends on PSA. Return shipping is invoiced through PayPal when your slabs come back. Please get payment in within 3 weeks or the cards may be liquidated. We are not affiliated with PSA.

Behavior

Keep the Discord and stream chat friendly. We can remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or tries to game a giveaway, and we can refuse future sales to them.

The legal bits

Cam's Cards is not affiliated with eBay, the NFL, MLB, the NBA, any team, player or card maker. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to say which team a break spot is for. Card values change and nothing on this site is a promise of what a card is worth. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We may update them; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Refund policy: all sales are final

Breaks are live and the packs are opened in front of everyone, so every sale is final and we do not give refunds, including when a team doesn't hit.

• eBay purchases also follow eBay's rules, including the eBay Money Back Guarantee if your cards never arrive.
• Mistakes on our end. If you are charged twice, or we sell your spot to someone else by mistake, we return the extra payment or the payment for that spot.
• Breaks that move or can't run. A break that doesn't fill moves to the next break night, and we tell you in Discord. If that means we can't ship your cards by the date we promised (or within 30 days of your order), we'll email you a new date before then, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If we cancel a break and can't run it at all, you get a full refund within 7 business days.
• Duck Derby paid upgrades follow section 9 of the Duck Derby official rules.

PayPal purchases are also covered by PayPal's Purchase Protection. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law.

Shipping

• eBay breaks: $4.99 for your first team and $2.50 for each extra team, paid on eBay.
• Discord breaks bought on this site have no shipping charge added at checkout.
• Card supplies ship free in the same box as any team you have in that Tuesday's shipment; on their own, shipping is $4.99 per order.
• Orders ship on Tuesday. The cutoff for that week's shipment is Saturday at 10 PM CT.
• If something delays your shipment past the date we promised, we'll tell you before that date and offer you a full refund instead.
• Cards ship sleeved and in top loaders, with tracking.
• Win four teams on a Friday and a free hobby pack ships with your cards (Free Hobby Pack Friday).

Privacy policy

What we collect, and why

• When you buy a Discord break here: your name and Discord username, so we can tag you when your break goes live, plus any coupon code or Duck Derby name you use so we can check your coupons. PayPal handles the payment and gives us your name, email and shipping address so we can ship your cards. If you pay by card, you type the card into PayPal's own secure form: the card number, expiry and security code go straight to PayPal, and we never see or store them (or your billing address or phone number). Orders are kept on our own computer, not on this website.
• When you buy on eBay: eBay gives us what we need to ship your order. eBay's privacy policy covers your eBay account.
• When you join the email list: your email and, if you choose, your first name, kept in our web host's (Netlify) form storage. We send about one email a week. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• When you send a PSA submission here: your name, Discord username, email, your card list and your insurance choice, kept in Netlify's form storage and our order records so we can match your cards, reach you when your slabs are back and invoice the return shipping. We delete it after your slabs are back and paid for.
• Duck Derby and Plinko: covered by the privacy policy inside the Duck Derby.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use advertising trackers or a Facebook pixel. We share your information only with the services that run the business: PayPal, eBay, our web host, Google Analytics (only if you allow it) and our email service.

Analytics, cookies and your browser

If you tap OK on our cookie notice, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use (like Bid on eBay or Join the Discord). Tap No thanks and it never loads; you can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We don't use advertising cookies or a Facebook pixel. Our host, Netlify, also records standard request details (IP address, page, time and approximate location) for security and totals. Your browser stores a few settings on your device, like your cookie choice, light or dark mode and the teams you entered on The Rip Rewind page. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Do Not Track

Our site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We don't let third parties collect information about your activity across other websites through our site, except Google Analytics, and only if you tap OK on the cookie notice.

Videos, images and fonts from other sites

Replays play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. Listing photos load from eBay, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services see your IP address when they load.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep order details as long as we need them for shipping, tax and bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing Camscards12@gmail.com. This site is for people 18 and over and is not directed to children.

Giveaways and official rules

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Buying or bidding does not improve your chance of winning. You must be 18 or older and live in the 48 contiguous United States. Void where prohibited.

• Plinko and the Duck Derby. Get a Plinko chip by being the top bidder on a team spot, or for free by mail, worth exactly the same. The full official rules, including the free mail-in entry, the daily chip limit, the 7 PM CT claim deadline and the monthly race prizes, are in the Duck Derby official rules.
• The every-box giveaways, Daily Double, Pack Wars and Serial Snipe are free to play and free to win. No purchase or team is needed.
• Free Hobby Pack Friday and the first-timer Care Package are thank-you gifts with a purchase, not drawings.
• The Duck Derby odds board uses play money only. Nothing can be bought, cashed out or redeemed.
