How does shipping work?

Everything ships on Tuesday. Supplies ride free in the same box as any team you have in that Tuesday's shipment: the Wednesday to Saturday breaks right before it and the Sunday break the week before those. On their own, supplies are $4.99 shipping per order. Orders placed by Saturday at 10 PM CT make that Tuesday.

How do you know I have a team?

We check the name you type against this week's break orders, so use the name on your eBay or Discord break order. Buying a Discord team? Add supplies right in that checkout and they always ship free.

I won a team on eBay. Can my supplies ship with it?

Yes. Order them here with the name on your eBay order and they go in the same box, no shipping charge.
