Discord break FAQ
How do I pay?
Tap Check out and PayPal opens with your order ready, one line per team. Pay with your PayPal account or a card through PayPal. Your teams lock the moment you pay, and PayPal emails your receipt.
What if someone grabs my team while I'm paying?
Teams you're checking out with are held for you for 10 minutes. If the hold runs out before you pay, the team goes back on the board.
Can I use my Plinko or sign-up coupons?
Yes. Tap Have a coupon? at checkout. Duck Derby Discord coupons are 50% off up to $15 each; stack them and it's still 50% off, up to $30 for two or $45 for three. eBay coupons are $10 off each and stack. Your email sign-up code is $5 off one Discord break.
Can I add top loaders or Zion mags?
Yes. Add card supplies at checkout and they ship free with your team.
Why does PayPal ask for my address?
That's where your cards ship. PayPal passes it to us with your payment, so there's nothing else to fill in.
What if the break doesn't fill?
It gets pushed to the next break night, and we'll tell you in Discord.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, including when your team doesn't hit. If we charge you twice, sell your spot to someone else by mistake, cancel a break, or can't ship by the promised date, you can get your money back.
Do I need Discord?
We tag you in Discord when your break goes live and post your hits there, so add your Discord username at checkout.
